Air conditioning was insufficient, especially in the restaurants!!! Reservations for restaurants often fell short, missing out on experiences!!! Overall, dining could use a serious makeover, with more variety and efficiency!!! Rooms needed immediate upgrades for comfort!!!

amazing hotel near attractions and stunning beach views

my stay was memorable as the hotel was close to the mayan water complex, a fun spot for all ages, and the beach views were breathtaking, making my walks enjoyable and relaxing.

the room air conditioning was an absolute disaster, not that i expected much, right? also, paying extra for a king bed that i never even got is just deplorable. and how was i not offered some kind of complimentary welcome gift? it’s not like i asked for the moon!

Family with children good time

The buffets were great with a lot of variety. The Brazilian and Japanese restaurants were amazing, especially enjoyed the experience at the Japanese one.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still acceptable.

Had a great time at the resort! We explored the nearby Mayan Water Complex, swam in the park's underground river, and relaxed while playing table tennis. The range of water sports available, including snorkeling and scuba, was top-notch. The staff was friendly, and seeing the wildlife really added to the experience. Definitely recommend joining the scuba excursions for unforgettable underwater views.

One downside was the inconsistent beach conditions due to seaweed, which made it less ideal for swimming at times. It got a bit bothersome depending on where you were.

The beach access was nice, but the air conditioning in common areas was inadequate.

my stay at iberostar was pleasant. the staff was friendly, always making us feel welcome. the beach was nice, and having access to the lagoon-style pool was a highlight. we especially enjoyed dining at the japanese restaurant, which was excellent!

I just returned from an amazing five-night stay with my family! The pools were stunning and a perfect spot to relax, and the Brazilian and Japanese restaurants were fantastic, with delicious food. However, the air conditioning in our room was underwhelming, which made it less comfortable than expected. Overall, I would definitely go back!

My stay at this resort was truly remarkable, as I enjoyed the shady paths that led me to the beautiful beach, and the nearby Mayan Water Complex, just a short walk away, was an exciting place to explore. I especially appreciated how the friendly staff always greeted me with a smile as I navigated the resort's lovely grounds that featured colorful wildlife like flamingos and coatis.

Great place with great amenities like beach access, outdoor swimming pool, and kids club. The staff was helpful to my elderly parents on our first stay. The ice cream at the pool bar is a must-try! I'm coming back for Easter.

A birthday surprise that delighted

The facilities were spotless and surrounded by vibrant wildlife, making our stay truly magical. The staff's attentive service helped us feel at home, and the special birthday dinner went off without a hitch.

However, the beds were uncomfortably hard, affecting our sleep. Plus, the limited beach chairs made finding space tricky for our large group during peak hours.
